Hola! I am Anwella and I am from Spain. I love to eat. I love to cook. I love to photograph food. 

I don´t believe in diets,  I believe in eating in a balanced way! I try to cook with fresh, sustainable ingredients and avoid processed foods. Experiencing joy with food is a must, and being naughty sometimes is part of a good life -- and that is what I call balance! We are on this planet once, so let´s enjoy one of the best things ever invented…FOOD!

My mum is an excellent cook, and has been cooking for us every day since we were born, so it is not a coincidence that she passed her passion for food on to me. Then I took a job that kept me travelling for the past 12 years, to places like Malaysia, the Philippines, Oman, Azerbaijan, Angola, Perú among others. I was not cooking much, as I lived in hotels often, but I was exposed to the cuisine and way of life in these places.

My cooking adventure actually started two years ago, when I decided to take a break from work and focus on finding my passion and what I wanted to do next. I moved back to my hometown, Madrid, and joined Le Cordon Bleu to get a Spanish Cuisine Certificate. I absolutely LOVED every minute of the course, and since then I have spent a lot of time “playing” in the kitchen. 

Even though Spanish cuisine is the best in the world : ) I love cooking food from just about anywhere, so in this blog you will find recipes from countries around the globe.
